Description
For this dish, it's best to use small tomatoes; cherry tomatoes are ideal, but if necessary, regular tomatoes will do as long as they are not juicy varieties, so that the slices hold their shape when sautéed and do not turn into tomato paste!
Ingredients
- Spaghetti - 21.2 oz
- Ham - 7.1 oz
- Marinated cherries - 15 pieces
- Hard Cheese - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the spaghetti in salted water.
Step 2
While the spaghetti is boiling, heat a skillet and melt the butter.
Step 3
Cut the ham into small cubes and sauté it slightly.
Step 4
Add the halved tomatoes and minced garlic to the ham.
Step 5
Once the ham is slightly browned, add a couple of tablespoons of water to the skillet, season with salt and pepper to taste, then add half of the grated cheese and chopped herbs.
Step 6
When the spaghetti is ready, combine it with the contents of the skillet and mix thoroughly.
Step 7
When serving, generously sprinkle each portion with the remaining grated cheese and garnish with herbs.
