- Spaghetti - 17.6 oz
- Aspen mushrooms - 17.6 oz
- Blue Cheese - 7.1 oz
- 10% cream - 7 fl oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 1 head
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a skillet or wok with heated vegetable oil, add the chopped white mushrooms and garlic. Sauté until the liquid evaporates.
Step 2
Add the sour cream, mix it with the mushrooms, and pour in the cream. Once it boils, add finely chopped pieces of blue cheese and salt to taste.
Step 3
Let it simmer for about 15 minutes and then turn off the heat.
Step 4
Cook the spaghetti.
Step 5
Add the prepared sauce to the spaghetti and mix well.
