Ingredients
- Turmeric - 0.4 oz
- Long-Grain Rice - 5.3 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 12.3 oz
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 1 piece
- Chorizo - 5.3 oz
- Chinese green beans - 8.8 oz
- White fish - 8.8 oz
- Pasta shells - 12.3 oz
- Dry White Wine - 8 fl oz
- Shrimp - 8.8 oz
- Chicken Broth - 5 fl oz
- Squid - 8.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a large pot, cook the rice with turmeric in salted water. Drain and dry.
Step 2
In a skillet, heat the oil and add the finely chopped onion. Sauté until soft.
Step 3
Cut the chicken into small pieces and add it to the onions. Cook for 4 minutes, lowering the heat to medium.
Step 4
Add the minced garlic, red pepper, halved beans, and chorizo. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add the chopped fish, shrimp, and mussels, and simmer for 8 minutes.
Step 6
Pour in the wine and broth and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 minute, then add the rice.
Step 7
In a clean skillet, heat 10 ml of oil well and add the squid, cut into rings. Fry for about 45 seconds.
Step 8
Add the squid to the other ingredients, sprinkle with spices, mix well, and serve immediately.
