Spanish Pasta with Seafood

Ingredients

  • Fish - 7.1 oz
  • Shrimp - 3 pieces
  • Blue Crabs - 3 pieces
  • Potato - 1 piece
  • Potato - 1 piece
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Pasta (corkscrew) - 7.1 oz
  • Olive Oil - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Clean the fish, cut it into pieces, and place it in a cold skillet with two cloves of garlic, finely chopped onion, and olive oil. Sauté for a bit and add a tomato or red pepper for color. Sauté everything together for a few more minutes, then pour in enough water to cover the contents of the skillet, bring to a boil, and add the potato cut into thin sticks. Cook for 15 minutes until the potato is done.

Step 2

In another skillet, pour olive oil, crush 2 cloves of garlic, add the pasta and the prepared sauce. Season with salt to taste. Cook over medium heat, checking the pasta for doneness from time to time.
