Ingredients

  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Mussels - 7.1 oz
  • Shrimp - 7.1 oz
  • Tomatoes - 2 pieces
  • Tagine Spice Mix - a pinch
  • Cod - 2 lbs
  • King Prawns - 1 piece
  • Seafood cocktail - 10.6 oz
  • Rice - 1 cup

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the fish, place it in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Skim off the foam, reduce the heat, add the onion, bay leaf, and pepper, and simmer the broth until ready. Then strain the broth.

Step 2

Place a paella pan on the stove and pour in vegetable oil.

Step 3

Sauté the shrimp, then transfer to a plate.

Step 4

Next, sauté the seafood cocktail and also transfer to a plate.

Step 5

In the resulting aromatic oil, sauté the finely chopped tomatoes for a few minutes.

Step 6

Add the rice.

Step 7

Add paprika and mix well.

Step 8

Pour in the broth — 2 cups.

Step 9

Add the paella spices and mix.

Step 10

Simmer until the rice is cooked. Five minutes before it's done, add the mussels, seafood, and shrimp.
