- Onion - 1 piece
- Mussels - 7.1 oz
- Shrimp - 7.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Tagine Spice Mix - a pinch
- Cod - 2 lbs
- King Prawns - 1 piece
- Seafood cocktail - 10.6 oz
- Rice - 1 cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the fish, place it in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Skim off the foam, reduce the heat, add the onion, bay leaf, and pepper, and simmer the broth until ready. Then strain the broth.
Step 2
Place a paella pan on the stove and pour in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Sauté the shrimp, then transfer to a plate.
Step 4
Next, sauté the seafood cocktail and also transfer to a plate.
Step 5
In the resulting aromatic oil, sauté the finely chopped tomatoes for a few minutes.

Add the rice.

Add paprika and mix well.

Pour in the broth — 2 cups.

Add the paella spices and mix.
