  • Tomatoes - 2 pieces
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Cream - 7 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Sear the meat in a hot skillet for one minute on each side, then transfer it to a baking dish.

Step 2

Slice the mushrooms into medium-sized pieces and sauté them for 7 minutes.

Step 3

Chop the tomatoes finely and add them to the mushrooms.

Step 4

Add the garlic, then pour in the cream, bring it to a boil, and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Step 5

Pour the mixture over the meat, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with grated cheese, and place in the preheated oven (428°F) for 15–20 minutes.
