Ingredients

  • Ham - 1.8 oz
  • Thyme - 1 tablespoon
  • Canned Jalapeño Peppers - 1.8 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 8 pieces
  • Salt - to taste
  • White Pepper (whole) - to taste
  • Corn Nacho Chips - 3.5 oz
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 428°F.

Step 2

In a deep bowl, mix the potato chips, thinly sliced ham, finely chopped peppers, and thyme. In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs and pour them into the dry mixture, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Let it sit for 5 minutes to soften the chips.

Step 3

In a deep large skillet (that can be transferred to the oven), heat the oil and add the mixture. Cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes without stirring.

Step 4

Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook until a golden crust forms.
