- Fish Oil - 1 fl oz
- Spelt - 3.5 oz
- Crab Meat - 2.8 oz
- Cream - 2 fl oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 2.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 0.7 oz
- Radish - 0.7 oz
- Shrimp - 2.8 oz
- Carrot - 1.8 oz
- Onion - 1.8 oz
- Celery salt - 1.8 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the vegetables coarsely, sauté them in vegetable oil, add the tomato paste, and sauté together with the vegetables. Then add the shrimp and pour in the prepared fish broth, cooking on low heat for 2.5 hours. Blend the finished broth and strain it. Reduce the strained broth by half on low heat.
Step 2
Rinse the spelt in cold water, bring to a boil: for 100 g of spelt use 400 ml of water, cook for 30 minutes, then add the bisque and cook for another 30 minutes. The spelt is ready.
Step 3
Pour the fish broth into a skillet, bring to a boil, add the spelt and bisque sauce. Cook for 3-5 minutes, add the cream, and let it evaporate. Add the crab meat, stir, and add the cheese. Serve the finished spelt on a plate, garnished with finely chopped tomatoes and radish slices.
