Ingredients
- Beef - 21.2 oz
- Onion - 10.6 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 10.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 10.6 oz
- Parsley - 1.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Mild Chili Spice - 0.2 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the meat, cut it into pieces, fry in vegetable oil, pour boiling water over it until the water covers the meat by two fingers, and simmer on low heat.
Step 2
Peel the onion, chop it coarsely, wash the peppers, cut them into pieces, and sauté them together with the onion in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Separately fry the coarsely chopped tomatoes.
Step 4
Add the fried vegetables to the meat, season with salt, add spices: bay leaf, chili pepper, parsley, and simmer on low heat until the meat is cooked.
