- Lemon - 2 pieces
- Olive Oil - 3 fl oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 10 pieces

Step 1
Soak the chili peppers in hot water for an hour. Then chop them with a knife and wash your hands thoroughly. Mix the juice of one lemon with olive oil and sage, add the chopped chili, salt, and pepper. Cut the chicken along the breastbone, flatten it, and place it on foil, leaving it for 2 hours.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Unwrap the foil and place the chicken in a baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes.
