Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles - 14.1 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 14.1 oz
- Cucumber Brine - 3.5 oz
- Celery stalk - 7.1 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - ½ piece
- Radish - 5.3 oz
- Mayonnaise - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Dijon Mustard - 1.8 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken, cool it down, and cut it into strips.
Step 2
Boil the mushrooms, cool them down, and cut them into strips.
Step 3
Dice the cucumbers and part of the radish.
Step 4
Cut the celery and bell pepper into strips.
Step 5
Mix mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Step 6
Combine all salad ingredients, dress with 1/3 of the sauce, and mix well. Taste for salt.
Step 7
Serve the salad in individual bowls or a large salad bowl, drizzle with the remaining sauce, and garnish with radish slices.
