Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 2 pieces
- Cayenne Pepper - 0.2 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Shallot - 5 pieces
- Starch film - 2 spoons
- Vegetable Oil - 3 spoons
- Champignons - 3.5 oz
- Cashew - 1.8 oz
- Scallions - 1.8 oz
- Soy Sauce - 2 spoons
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Oyster Mushrooms - 2 spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes about 2 cm on each side and coat them in cornstarch.
Step 2
Remove the seeds from the chili pepper, cut the mushroom caps into quarters, peel the shallot, and grate the garlic. Trim 5 cm from the roots of the green onions and rinse.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a wok, sauté the pepper pods for 30 seconds, then add grated garlic and stir-fry for another 30 seconds, constantly stirring. Add the chicken to the wok and stir-fry over high heat for about 5 minutes, continuing to mix.
Step 4
Add halved shallots, mushrooms, and cashews to the wok, and stir.
Step 5
Pour in the soy sauce, about 50 ml of water, the oyster sauce, and add sugar and green onions.
Step 6
Stir well, reduce the heat, and simmer for another 3 minutes.
