Ingredients
- Poultry - 14.1 oz
- Broccoli - 7.1 oz
- Sweet Pepper - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Rice - 5.3 oz
- Sesame bun - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken breast fillet, pat it dry with a paper towel, and cut it into strips.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into florets.
Step 3
Slice the cucumber in half lengthwise and cut it into wedges.
Step 4
Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut it into strips.
Step 5
Heat vegetable oil and add chicken, broccoli, and cucumbers, stirring and sautéing. Pour in soy sauce and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
Step 6
Boil the rice.
Step 7
Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet.
