  • Scallions - 1 bunch
  • Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
  • Butter - 0.7 oz
  • Coriander essential oil - 0.1 oz
  • Toasted Cumin Seeds - 0.1 oz
  • Fresh basil leaves - 4 pieces
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

The dressing (without herbs) can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3–4 days.

Toast the coriander and cumin seeds in a dry skillet until they become aromatic.

Separate the green part of the onion from the white part and chop them separately.
