  • Grated Ginger Root - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh basil leaves - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried Chamomile - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried Rosemary - 1 teaspoon
  • Minced garlic - 1 head
  • Natural Yogurt - ½ cup
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Remove the skin from the duck, chop the bird into medium-sized pieces, and simmer in yogurt. If there is not enough liquid, add water.

Step 2

Once the duck becomes tender, add the tomato paste, season with salt, and add the ingredients from the list. Simmer on low heat for 7 minutes. The perfect side dish is rice or boiled potatoes.
