Ingredients

  • Sole fillets - 28.2 oz
  • Tomatoes - 4 pieces
  • Dry White Wine - 2.3 cups
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 0.5 cups
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Pitted olives - 10 pieces
  • Courgette - 1 piece
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - to taste
  • Chopped Green Onions - to taste
  • Green Peas - 1 cup
  • White Pepper (whole) - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Celery stalk - 2 pieces
  • Olive Oil - 0.3 cups

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the fish in wine for 20–25 minutes, drain, cut into small pieces, drizzle with lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

Add peeled and sliced tomatoes, chopped onion, olives, grated zucchini without seeds, peas, and herbs, and mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Prepare the dressing: mix all the listed ingredients well.

Step 4

Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently once more.

Step 5

Before serving, chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
