- Sunflower Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Chili Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cayenne pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh corn - 8 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 5.3 oz
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 4.2 oz
- Lime - 1 piece

Step 1
Prepare the grill. Brush the grill grate with oil. In a small bowl, mix the chili powder and cayenne pepper.
Step 2
Grill the corn, turning occasionally with tongs, until cooked and slightly charred (about 10 minutes). Remove the grate from the heat and immediately brush each ear with 1½ teaspoons of mayonnaise. Sprinkle each ear with 1 tablespoon of cheese and a pinch of the pepper mixture. Squeeze the juice from 1 wedge of lime over each ear and serve.
