Spicy Mango and Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

  • Green Papaya - 1 piece
  • Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 7.1 oz
  • Spanish onions - ½ piece
  • Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
  • Roasted Peanuts - 1.8 oz
  • Fish Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame Oil - 1 teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Marinate the shrimp in one tablespoon of fish sauce for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Peel the mango and cut it into thin strips, slice the onion into thin half-rings, remove the seeds from the chili pepper and slice it into thin rings. Add the shrimp to the sauce and mix everything together.

Step 3

Toast the peanuts in a dry skillet for one minute and sprinkle them over the salad.

Step 4

Drizzle the salad with sesame oil.
