Description

This marinade is perfect for grilled tofu, salmon, chicken, duck, pork, beef, and lamb.

Ingredients

  • Onion - 1 head
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
  • Soy Sauce - 4 fl oz
  • Minced garlic - 2 tablespoons
  • Red Wine Vinegar - 2 fl oz
  • Orange juice concentrate - 2 fl oz
  • Brown Sugar - 3 tablespoons
  • Citrus Zest Mix - 0 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - 0 fl oz
  • Ground clove - 0 fl oz
  • Dried Chamomile - 0 fl oz
  • Ground Cinnamon - 0 fl oz
  • Ground clove - 0 fl oz
  • Chili jam - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until translucent, stirring, for about 2–3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.

Step 2

Add the soy sauce, vinegar, zest and juice of the orange, sugar, allspice and black pepper, thyme, cloves, cinnamon, and chili sauce to taste. Mix and chill.
