- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Onion - 2 heads
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Campbell's Beef Broth - 17 fl oz
- Vinegar essence - 2½ tablespoons
- Tomato Puree - 2 tablespoons
- Cornichons - 1.8 oz

Step 1
Toast one tablespoon of flour with an equal amount of oil and dilute with 500 ml of broth.
Step 2
Peel the onions (2 heads), finely chop them, and sauté in oil. After that, add 2 tablespoons of tomato puree, salt, pepper, and sauté again.
Step 3
Then pour in 2-3 tablespoons of vinegar, reduce until thickened like sour cream, and, after adding chopped cornichons, combine with the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
