- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Milk - 13 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 5 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
- Ground meat - 17.6 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 2 pieces
- Frozen spinach discs - 17.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken Broth - 7 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Parmesan Cheese - 8.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine the flour with the milk, add 2 eggs, and salt. Knead a liquid batter. Cook thin pancakes.
Step 2
Sauté the ground chicken. Dice the tomatoes and onion, and slice the chili peppers. Sauté the onion, add the spinach, and simmer for 4 minutes (until the spinach is soft). Add the tomatoes and peppers, pour in the broth, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Grate the cheese. Add half of the cheese to the spinach mixture, and beat in 3 eggs. Layer the pancakes and filling in a baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese and bake for 40 minutes at 392°F.
