  • Smoked pork knuckle - 2 pieces
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Paprika - 2 tablespoons

  • Dried Rosemary - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Cumin - 1 teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 302°F. Line a baking tray with foil and parchment paper. Place the knuckles on the parchment and season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

On a cutting board, crush the garlic with a pinch of salt and mix until it forms a paste. Transfer the paste to a bowl, add paprika, oregano, and cumin. Rub the mixture onto the knuckles.

Step 3

Wrap the knuckles in parchment and foil, sealing tightly. Bake for about 4 hours. Serve warm, drizzled with the juices from the tray. Enjoy your meal!
