Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin - 13.4 oz
- Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Mayonnaise - 1½ teaspoons
- Cheshire Cheese - 1.2 oz
- Habanero Pepper - 0.7 oz
- Marinated cherries - 0.9 oz
- Chili Flakes - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1½ tablespoons
- Ocean salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the cherry tomatoes.
Step 2
Finely chop the jalapeño.
Step 3
Cut the tenderloin into medallions.
Step 4
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Place the medallions on their side.
Step 5
Season with salt to taste.
Step 6
When the bottom side is browned, flip them over.
Step 7
In a deep bowl, mix the mustard and mayonnaise.

Add the jalapeño.

When all sides are browned, turn the medallions onto the flat side.

Flip them over and reduce the heat to medium.

After 5 minutes, place the sliced cherry tomatoes on the meat.
