- Adyghe cheese - 4.9 oz
- Hard Cheese - 2.1 oz
- Pumpkin - 12.7 oz
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sage - a pinch
- Nutmeg - a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the pumpkin and cut it into large pieces.
Step 2
Sprinkle with sage and minced garlic, and bake in the oven at 180°C until soft.
Step 3
Remove the top crust, mash the flesh with a fork. Mix with grated cheese, chopped dill, and egg. Season with pepper and nutmeg.
Step 4
Divide the mixture into molds and return to the oven for another 10–15 minutes.
