- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric - ½ teaspoon
- Quinoa - 10.6 oz
- Roasted Almonds - 1.8 oz
- Feta cheese - 3.5 oz
- Parsley - 1.4 oz
- Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide

Heat the oil in a large skillet.

Add the spices, then sauté for one minute.

Add the quinoa, then sauté for another minute.
Step 4
Add 600 ml of boiling water and simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes until the water evaporates.
Step 5
Let it cool slightly, then add the other ingredients.
Step 6
