- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Firm tofu - 17.6 oz
- Red Onion - 1 piece
- Red Chili Pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Ground chili pepper - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Rice Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the onion and bell pepper into strips, and cut the tofu into cubes. Finely chop the chili pepper and garlic.
Step 2
In a well-heated skillet, pour in a tablespoon of olive oil and add the tofu. Fry until golden brown.
Step 3
Add the bell pepper, onion, garlic, and chili pepper to the skillet. Sauté for five minutes.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, water, and ground chili pepper. Pour over the tofu in the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
