Ingredients
- Spinach - 7.1 oz
- Cilantro - 2.1 oz
- Dill - 2.1 oz
- Kamaç-Matsun - 1.4 oz
- Sour Cream - 1.4 oz
- Round Wheat (DzaVar) - 3.5 oz
- Walnuts - 1.4 oz
- Pomegranate Seeds - 0.7 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the DzaVar.
Step 2
Boil in boiling water for 10 minutes. Then drain in a fine sieve and cool.
Step 3
In a deep bowl, chop the spinach, cilantro, and dill coarsely.
Step 4
Add the DzaVar, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Mix everything together.
Step 6
Combine KamaTs-Matsun with sour cream.
Step 7
Chop the walnuts finely.
Step 8
Place a metal ring on a plate and fill it with the salad.
Step 9
Remove the ring.
Step 10
Sprinkle with crushed walnuts and pomegranate seeds.
