Ingredients
- Fresh basil leaves - 4 bunches
- Greens - 2.5 oz
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Feta cheese - 4.2 oz
- Ricotta cheese - 4.2 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Ready-made dry lasagna sheets - 8.8 oz
- Melted Cheese - 12.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slightly boil the lasagna sheets in boiling water. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Step 2
Boil the spinach leaves in boiling water until soft, about 3 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess moisture.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the spinach, chopped greens, chopped green onions, crumbled feta, ricotta, and eggs.
Step 4
Place a layer of lasagna sheets at the bottom of the dish, top with half of the spinach mixture, and sprinkle with a third of the grated cheese. Cover with a layer of pasta sheets and add the remaining filling, sprinkling with another third of the cheese. Again, layer with pasta and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 6
Bake the lasagna for 30-45 minutes until cooked and golden brown.
