Ingredients
- Spinach - 14.1 oz
- Hiziki Seaweed - ½ cup
- Chives - 2 tablespoons
- Lime - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - to taste
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - ½ teaspoon
- Parsley - 1.4 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Peanut Sprouts - to taste
- Radicchio Salad - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the spinach in a food processor.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the spinach, hijiki, chives, grated carrot, lime juice, olive oil, soy sauce, cumin, parsley, and 1 clove of garlic.
Step 3
Mix everything well and serve on lettuce leaves topped with sprouts.
