Spinach and Hijiki Salad

Ingredients

  • Spinach - 14.1 oz
  • Hiziki Seaweed - ½ cup
  • Chives - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime - 1 piece
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce - to taste
  • Black Cumin (Cumin) - ½ teaspoon
  • Parsley - 1.4 oz
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Peanut Sprouts - to taste
  • Radicchio Salad - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Chop the spinach in a food processor.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix the spinach, hijiki, chives, grated carrot, lime juice, olive oil, soy sauce, cumin, parsley, and 1 clove of garlic.

Step 3

Mix everything well and serve on lettuce leaves topped with sprouts.
