Ingredients
- Orange juice concentrate - 5 fl oz
- Champagne Vinegar - 1 fl oz
- Honey - 3 tablespoons
- Lime Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Mild Chili Spice - ½ teaspoon
- Olive Oil - 5 fl oz
- Spinach - 12.3 oz
- Oranges - 4 pieces
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Cilantro - to taste
- Spanish onions - 2 heads
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the turnips and cut them into 1x1 cm cubes along with the avocado. Peel the oranges and cut half into wedges.
Step 2
Juice half an orange and half a lime. Mix and add sherry vinegar. Add a bit of chili powder and honey. Then pour in the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Place the turnips, avocado, and onion in a salad bowl. Add the orange wedges. Add the spinach, tearing it by hand. Pour the dressing over everything.
