Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the spinach, dry it, remove the stems, and cut out the veins of the leaves.
Step 2
Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds, then peel off the skin.
Step 3
Chop the spinach and tomatoes into small pieces.
Step 4
Boil the eggs hard and slice them.
Step 5
Grate the lemon zest using a fine grater.

Combine the spinach leaves with the tomatoes, eggs, and lemon zest. Dress the salad with the sauce.
