  • Spinach - 8.8 oz
  • Fresh Mushrooms - 3.5 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese - 1.8 oz
  • Pistachios - 2 tablespoons
  • Tomatoes - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the spinach, blanch it in salted water, and dry it.

Step 2

Boil the mushrooms and slice them.

Step 3

Peel the tomatoes and dice them finely.

Step 4

Toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet.

Step 5
