- Marinated cherries - 1.8 oz
- Cucumbers - 3.5 oz
- Fresh basil leaves - to taste
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons - 2.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice - to taste
- Olive Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the grapefruit and cut it into cubes. Halve the cherry tomatoes, chop the cucumbers randomly, and tear the basil leaves by hand (set aside a couple of leaves for garnish). Cut the salmon into cubes. Combine everything. Add olive oil, lemon juice, and salt to taste.
Step 2
Place the spinach on a plate, and top it with the salad of salmon, grapefruit, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes.
