- Peanut Sprouts - 3 oz
- Toasted Sesame - 1.1 oz
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Mirin - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Tahini - 1.8 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Spinach - 10.6 oz
- Macadamia Nuts - 1.8 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the nut sauce: blend the ingredients (peanuts, sesame seeds, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, tahini, olive oil) in a blender on high speed until creamy, then transfer it to a serving dish.
Step 2
Remove the tough stems from the thoroughly washed spinach leaves, and roll them up; using a sharp knife, cut them into medium-width strips.
Step 3
In a hot skillet, sauté the garlic in olive oil, then add the spinach in a thin layer, season with salt, stir, and cook until done (the spinach should become soft). Once the spinach is ready, remove the garlic from the mixture.

Lightly toast the cashews, add them to the spinach, and drizzle with the nut sauce. The dish can be served immediately.
