- Spinach - 7.1 oz
- Strawberry - 8.8 oz
- Walnuts - ½ pieces
- Olive Oil - 3 spoons
- Balsamic Vinegar - 2½ spoons
- Salt - ¼ spoons
- Ground Black Pepper - 0,1 teaspoons
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the nuts in an oven preheated to 347°F for 5-8 minutes, then let them cool.
Step 2
Slowly drizzle the olive oil into the mixture of vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar while continuously whisking.
Step 3
Slice the strawberries into large pieces (halves or quarters) and mix them with fresh spinach leaves. Add the toasted nuts, a mixture of vinegar and oil, and toss everything gently, being careful not to crush the strawberries.
