Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Korean Red Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Corn Flour for Polenta - 8.8 oz
- Spotted Grouper - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the eggs, salt, and hot pepper together in a shallow dish.
Step 2
Put the mixture of wheat flour and corn flour in separate shallow dishes.
Step 3
Coat the fillet in flour and then in the egg mixture.
Step 4
Coat again in corn flour.
Step 5
Pour 2.5 cm of vegetable oil into a deep skillet and heat to 190°C.
Step 6
Fry the fillets in batches for 2 to 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the crust separates when poked with a fork.
Step 7
Once cooked, place the fillets on a paper towel to absorb excess oil and serve immediately.
