Spring Pasta with Goat Cheese
Ingredients
- Penne Pasta - 14.1 oz
- Cabbage - 7.1 oz
- Bacon - 3.5 oz
- Red Onion - 1 head
- Goat cheese - 3.5 oz
- Grated Parmesan cheese - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted water. Two minutes before it's done, add the cabbage. Drain the water.
Step 2
Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Remove from the pan. Sauté the onion until softened.
Step 3
Add the pasta to the pan, mix with the cheese and bacon, and you can splash in a little water. Before serving, top with grated Parmesan cheese.
