- Tagliatelle Pasta - 12.3 oz
- Zucchini - 17.6 oz
- Frozen Green Peas - 6.7 oz
- Lemon Zest - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Mint Leaves - to taste
- Ricotta cheese - 8.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, slice the zucchini into long, thin strips about the size of a finger. Two minutes before the pasta is done, add the zucchini and peas to the pot. Drain the water.
Step 2
Add the lemon zest, some mint, and season to taste. Serve topped with the remaining mint and dollops of ricotta.
