Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Squid - 2 pieces
- Pickled Cauliflower - 3 pieces
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the squid in salted water, cool, clean, and remove the cartilage. Boil the potatoes.
Step 2
Cut the cucumbers into strips, dice the potatoes, chop the garlic finely, and slice the squid into strips. Chop the green onions (set aside 2–3 stalks for garnish).
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients, dress with mayonnaise, and add pepper. Place the salad in the refrigerator for one hour. Garnish with green onions before serving.
