Ingredients
- Squid - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 3 heads
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Buckwheat Groats - 7.1 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 0.7 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 teaspoons
- Butter - 3 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the squid in 1 liter of water with 3 teaspoons of salt for 3–5 minutes.
Step 2
Slice and sauté in vegetable oil along with chopped onion, then add salt and pepper.
Step 3
Cook the buckwheat until fluffy, prepare the sour cream sauce: sauté the flour in a pan with butter until golden, pour in the sour cream, mix, and simmer for 3–5 minutes.
Step 4
Place the buckwheat in a greased saucepan, top with pieces of squid, pour over the sour cream sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese, and place in the oven.
Step 5
Cut the finished dish into serving pieces.
