Ingredients

- Squid - 2 lbs
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Grated Ginger Root - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Broth - ½ cup
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon - 1.1 oz
- Coconut Milk - 12 fl oz
- Cilantro - to taste
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the frozen squid in a bowl, pour boiling water over it, and remove the skin and insides.
Step 2
Finely chop the garlic and ginger and sauté them in a saucepan.
