Description
This salad is very simple to make. Its taste will unexpectedly surprise you: crispy onions, tender squid, and eggs. Delicate, easy, and quick.
Ingredients
- Squid - 2 lbs
- Onion - 4 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 5 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients. Thaw the squid.
Step 2
Boil the eggs and let them cool.
Step 3
Boil water with pepper and bay leaf, and add a little salt.
Step 4
Cook the squid in the brine; they are ready 3 minutes after boiling (it is important not to overcook them, otherwise they will be rubbery).
Step 5
After boiling, rinse the squid in cold water, clean, and cut into half-rings.
Step 6
Slice the onion into half-rings.
Step 7
Fry the onion in a small amount of vegetable oil until translucent.
Step 8
Transfer the fried onion to a salad bowl and let it cool.
Step 9
Chop the boiled and cooled eggs into the onion.
Step 10
Next, add the sliced squid.
Step 11
Add a little mayonnaise to the salad (considering that the onion is fried in oil, 2 tablespoons is enough).
Step 12
Season the salad with pepper.
Step 13
Add salt.
Step 14
Serve in portions, garnish, and present at the table.
