- Squid - 2 lbs
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Salad Potatoes - 14.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Mustard Greens - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Mayonnaise - 5.3 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon

Step 1
Clean the squid from the insides and backbone.
Step 2
Pour boiling water over the bodies for 1 minute.

Remove the curled film from the squid and rinse.

Place the cleaned bodies in boiling water and cook for 2 minutes. Allow to cool.
