  • Squid - 8.8 oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Herbs - to taste
  • Champagne Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse the squid, boil until half-cooked, and clean off the membranes. Slice the cooled squid.

Step 2

Peel the radish, grate it on a coarse grater, and marinate for 2 hours. For the marinade, whisk together the vegetable oil and wine vinegar.

Step 3

Finely chop the onion and sauté it together with the squid.

Step 4

Combine the marinated radish with the squid. Add finely chopped herbs and season with salt.
