  • Squid - 1½ kg
  • Carrot - 2 pieces
  • Onion - 3 heads
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Sour Cream - 17.6 oz
  • Salt - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable Oil - 4 spoons
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Place the frozen squid in a bowl, pour boiling water over them, and remove the skin and entrails. Cut into strips.

Step 2

Chop the onion, carrot, and garlic, then sauté them in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Step 3

Add the squid to the vegetables, stir in the sour cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
