- Squid - 28.2 oz
- Asparagus - 5.3 oz
- Broccoli - 5.3 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 5.3 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Mild Chili Spice - ½ piece
- Yakiniku sauce - 10 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the frozen squid in a bowl, pour boiling water over it, and remove the skin and innards.
Step 2
Chop the garlic and chili pepper coarsely, and sauté until golden brown.
Step 3
Cut the asparagus, mushrooms, and broccoli, add them to the garlic and chili, and sauté. After about five minutes, add the squid.
Step 4
When the squid is cooked (turns golden), pour in the teriyaki sauce and serve.
