- Green peppercorns - to taste
- Butter - 0.5 oz
- Lamb Neck Fillet - 2 lbs
- Brandy - 2 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Cream - 4 fl oz
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grind the pepper. Rub the steaks on both sides and let sit for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Heat the butter and vegetable oil in a large skillet and fry the steaks until cooked. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
Step 3
Add the brandy to the meat juices, bring to a boil for 1 minute, then add the cream. Simmer for a bit. Add pepper and spices to taste.
