Ingredients
- Steaks - 4 pieces
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Spanish onions - 2 heads
- Parsley - 1.4 oz
- Fresh basil leaves - 10 pieces
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, prepare the Salsa sauce. For this, grill the sliced onion until browned on both sides, then remove it and place it on a cutting board.
Step 2
Next, grill the tomatoes. While the tomatoes are cooking, chop the onion and transfer it to a deep bowl. Once the tomatoes start to darken, flip them and grill for another minute.
Step 3
Add the chopped tomatoes to the bowl with the onion, cutting them with a knife or kitchen scissors. Add finely chopped parsley, oregano, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Season to taste with sea salt and ground black pepper, and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Meanwhile, place the steaks on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then flip them and cook for about another minute.
Step 5
Serve the steaks on plates and drizzle with Salsa.
