Step by Step guide

Step 1

Chop the carrots into small pieces and simmer with milk until cooked.

Step 2

Peel the apples and pass them through a meat grinder along with the carrots, then combine with semolina, sugar, and the raw yolk, adding 10 grams of melted butter and the whipped egg white.

Step 3

Gently mix everything, place it in a greased mold, and steam until cooked. Serve the soufflé with butter.
