Description

- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Chicken fillet - 3 pieces
- Onion - ½ head
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Fresh Thyme - to taste
- Oat flakes - 1 tablespoon
- Parsley - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the chicken fillet in a blender or meat grinder.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and garlic into a paste (it's easiest in a blender).
Step 3
Pour boiling water over the oat flakes and let them steep.
Step 4
Finely chop the herbs.
Step 5
In a large bowl, mix the minced meat with the onion and garlic, add salt, pepper, lightly beaten egg whites, and stir in the herbs.
Step 6
Cook in a steamer (or a multi-cooker with a 'steam' setting) for 20-25 minutes (depending on the size of the patties).
